rebate99 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the rebate99.club website and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Member Account" means the individual registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the rebate99 registration process.
• "Wallet" means the centralised in-platform balance associated with a Member Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or such other currency as rebate99 may support from time to time.
• "Daily Rebate" or "Cashback" means the automatic daily cash credit applied to a Member Account based on total wager volume as calculated under the rebate99 Rebate Programme described in Section 5.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose gaming content is made available through the Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Asia Gaming.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, as determined by rebate99 at its sole discretion.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity verification and document review process that rebate99 may require any Member to complete as a condition of continued access, withdrawal processing, or promotion eligibility.

2.1  Use of the rebate99 platform is restricted to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of twenty-one is strictly prohibited. rebate99 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

2.2  By registering a Member Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party; (d) you are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of rebate99 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.

2.3  Participation in online gaming may be restricted or regulated under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the rebate99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rebate99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside Malaysia. Access from Restricted Territories is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

3.1  Each natural person may hold only one (1) active Member Account on the rebate99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

3.2  You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile telephone number. You agree to promptly update any such information in the event that it changes. rebate99 bears no liability for errors, delays, or failures in service delivery that arise from inaccurate member information.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rebate99 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Member Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals initiated, and promotions claimed — will be attributed to you and is your financial responsibility, irrespective of whether you personally authorised the activity.

3.4  rebate99 may, at any time and without prior notice, require a Member to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals, applying promotions, or granting continued access to the Platform. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by rebate99 may result in account restriction or closure.

4.1  All deposits to a rebate99 Member Account must be made from a payment method held in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in the Member's name, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited. rebate99 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20.

4.2  Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published on the rebate99 deposit page within your Member Account at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. rebate99 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees for which rebate99 accepts no liability.

4.3  Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. rebate99 targets withdrawal processing times of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow). Withdrawal processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawal timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed.

4.4  rebate99 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or identification of a suspected breach of this Agreement. Any funds held in a Member Account at the time of account closure for cause may be forfeited, subject to the findings of any applicable investigation.

4.5  All Wallet balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction as determined by rebate99.

5.1  rebate99 operates a daily cashback programme ("Rebate Programme") under which eligible Members receive an automatic cash credit to their Wallet calculated as a percentage of their total wager volume across qualifying products during the preceding calendar day (00:00:01 MYT to 23:59:59 MYT).

5.2  Rebate credits are applied automatically to eligible Member Accounts each morning. No manual claim is required. The applicable rebate rate is determined by the Member's current VIP tier at the time the rebate is calculated. rebate99 publishes current tier thresholds and associated rebate rates within the Member Account dashboard; these rates are subject to change with thirty (30) days' notice to affected Members.

5.3  The rebate calculation is based on total wager volume (the sum of all bet amounts placed), not on net losses. Both winning and losing bets contribute to the rebate calculation equally. Void, cancelled, or refunded bets do not contribute to the rebate calculation.

5.4  Rebate credits carry no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately following crediting, subject to the standard withdrawal processing procedures described in Section 4. rebate99 reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse rebate credits where it determines that they were obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of the rebate system, or a breach of this Agreement.

6.1  rebate99 may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and other incentive programmes ("Promotions") in addition to the standard Daily Rebate. Each Promotion shall be subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the Promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between Promotion-specific terms and these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2  rebate99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without notice. Claims for Promotion credits that are made after a Promotion has been withdrawn will not be honoured. rebate99 also reserves the right to disqualify any Member from a Promotion where it determines that the Member has engaged in abuse or manipulation of the Promotion mechanics.

6.3  Unless the specific terms of a Promotion state otherwise, Promotion bonuses are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the standard Daily Rebate. A Member who is eligible for both a Promotion bonus and their standard Daily Rebate will receive both, subject to the applicable calculation methodologies for each.

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rebate99 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one (1) Member Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical, electronic, or other device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or the rebate calculation;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties in any live casino, poker, or other multi-player game environment;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or malfunction in any game or the Platform itself ("Bug Abuse"), including placing bets that you know or reasonably ought to know are the result of a system error;
• Accessing the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or other anonymisation technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Conducting charge-backs or reversals on deposits after wagers have been placed with the deposited funds;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward rebate99 personnel or other Members through any channel.

7.2  rebate99 monitors Platform activity for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, rebate99 may, without limitation: suspend or permanently close the Member Account; void all pending and historical wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; forfeit the Wallet balance; withhold any pending rebate credits; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.1  All content, design elements, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property on the rebate99.club website are owned by or licensed to rebate99. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

8.2  You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without rebate99's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

9.1  The rebate99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rebate99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or fitness for any particular purpose. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability; rebate99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rebate99's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by the Member to their Wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3  In no event shall rebate99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even where rebate99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.4  All gaming outcomes on the rebate99 platform are determined by the certified systems of the relevant Game Provider. rebate99 is not liable for any claims arising from perceived game irregularities, disputed outcomes, or technical failures on the part of Game Providers, subject to rebate99's obligation to reasonably facilitate dispute resolution on behalf of affected Members.

10.1  rebate99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform operates under applicable international gaming authority responsible gaming frameworks. All Members are required to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

10.2  rebate99 provides Members with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Member Account dashboard without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• Session time alerts and automatic session limits;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for a defined period);
• Permanent self-exclusion, which results in permanent account closure and precludes re-registration.

10.3  rebate99 encourages any Member who feels that their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek professional support. Further guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

11.1  rebate99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Member's account activity indicates fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or abuse of any Platform system or promotion; (c) the Member is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory; (d) closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

11.2  A Member may close their own account at any time by contacting rebate99 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Wallet balance (less any amounts subject to investigation or pending verification) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3  Where a Member Account is closed for cause pursuant to Section 11.1, rebate99 may withhold or forfeit the Wallet balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and the findings of any investigation conducted. rebate99 will provide notice of any such forfeiture decision in writing to the Member's registered email address.

12.1  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority licensing framework under which rebate99 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the applicable licensing authority.

12.2  Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Members are required to contact rebate99 customer support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and the remedy sought. rebate99 will endeavour to respond to all written dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

12.3  Nothing in this Section shall prevent rebate99 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or protect its intellectual property rights.

13.1  rebate99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the email address on record at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

13.2  Your continued use of the rebate99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify rebate99 support to close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

13.3  The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at rebate99.club/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
